I'm Jennifer, a product and interaction designer currently studying in Switzerland. Over the past three years, I've worked and studied across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Europe, designing digital products and exploring emerging technologies.
Originally trained in communication design, I discovered my passion for product design through connecting research, systems, and user needs. What began as an interest in visual communication evolved into a fascination with how products behave, how decisions are made, and how digital experiences shape human interaction.
My work spans complex B2B platforms, service ecosystems, and emerging technologies, with a recent focus on agentic AI and human-centred design. I'm interested in creating products that are both intuitive to use and thoughtful in how they operate beneath the surface.
Having lived across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Switzerland, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to design and collaboration. I'm particularly drawn to the structures behind products: the flows, systems, and decisions that determine whether an experience continues to make sense once it reaches real people.
I also build what I design. This site is my own design and build in Next.js and TypeScript, and I prototype with Claude Code, the Gemini API, and n8n to test how AI-native products should actually behave, not just how they should look.
